You can email us anytime at support@drivelocker.com
and a representative will get back to you as soon as possible. (usually within 4 hours if your request is received between the hours of 6AM-4PM est)
Is there a size limit for files?
The only limitation is the size of your locker.
Don't worry...We give you an easy way to upgrade
your file storage space so you can continue to utilize
our service to adjust to your specific needs.
What kind of files can I store?
Photos, music, videos, files, documents, email…
Anything that you can save on your computer can be
stored at Drivelocker.
Can I access my files from my phone or pda?
Yes and No. We are had at work on drivelocker.mobi,
a complete file storage, transfer, and sharing site,
specifically for these mobile devices. Drivelocker.com
may be accessible from some devices with Java but it
is not currently supported.

What are the system requirements?
You must have an internet connection, running at
least Microsoft Windows 2000 or higher, Mac OSX,
and most distributions of Linux.
Our services are supported on the following
browsers: Internet Explorer 5.x (and above),
Netscape 6+, Firefox, Safari, Opera, and AOL.
Java Runtime Environment 1.4.2+.
